#TES40wk Mentorship Program is a unique 40-week long opportunity to learn through the art of serving the Community, Church and People & Songs.
WHO WE ARE & HOW WE GOT HERE
Late in 2016, Darrin & Jennie Riddle relocated their family and community to beautiful La Porte, Indiana to establish a long-awaited dream-come-true ministry headquarters for People & Songs and The Emerging Sound. God gave Darrin and Jennie Lee a dream for a residential ministry hub back in 1988; A place where Kingdom workers could find rest, training and connection with other creative, like-minded servants. The miraculous stewardship of the iconic and historic Ruth C. Sabin Home is the culmination of almost 3 decades of waiting, praying, working, trusting and growing in the Lord.
WHAT WE DO & WHERE WE LIVE
We don't just write songs. Songwriting is just one of the disciplines for serving the Kingdom that we practice. This real-life ministry training ground serves the local churches, communities, and Church at large through concerts, nights of worship, retreats, conferences, and #GodSpotNow events. #TES40wk missionaries receive a well-rounded and diverse experience as they regularly work in close cooperation with local pastors from area churches to design services and #GodSpotNOW events. By partnering with The Emerging Sound Summer Camp hosted by People & Songs and Jennie Lee Riddle, #TES40wk missionaries gain experience in songwriting, live and studio recordings, worship leading, photo and video production, social networking/media, hospitality, and outreach opportunities throughout the year. Come and experience firsthand, the transformational power of the Gospel of Jesus in individual lives, communities, churches, and families!
